We all have seen it: The students who hold themselves to such high standards that they end up shutting down. Unhealthy perfectionism is linked to anxiety, depression, low grades, and overall low self esteem. In this research-based session, I will provide a perfectionism assessment that students can take to evaluate the core issue, and then I provide resources and tips to help both teachers and parents help their student overcome the issue.
