Do your emotions ever get the best of you?  A strong foundation in content knowledge is not sufficient if we lack the skills to manage our emotions in the heat of the challenges we face.  Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions and the emotions of others. This session will provide insight into your trigger events and offer practical suggestions on how to better manage your behavior.
