This presentation addresses the process of collating individual student data into a matrix in order to analyze student reading and mathematics performance to determine appropriate interventions and enrichment activities and measure their impact.  The presenters will cover the development of the matrix, data meeting agenda (grade level review of the matrix), subsidization of evidence-based interventions and methodologies and the process for using the data matrix to  determine Academic Return on Investment (A-RoI).
